Elena
Managing Director/Founder
Elena Kyriakou is the Founder and Managing Director of Elena Kyriakou & Associates LLC, a regulated Cyprus law firm advising international commercial groups, regulated entities and private offices on complex corporate, transactional and compliance matters. With extensive cross-border experience, she has led major restructurings, mergers, joint ventures and high-level negotiations across diverse regulatory frameworks.
She holds an LLB and advanced compliance qualifications (Merit) from the International Compliance Association, and is a member of the International Bar Association and the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce. Elena also advises on maritime corporate structures and vessel registration, supported by ongoing postgraduate studies in shipping and commercial law.
Multilingual in six languages, she brings precision, discretion and strategic clarity to international transactions and regulatory governance.
Irene
Legal Secretary
Irine Baramidze is a qualified Legal Secretary with experience in corporate and cross-border legal matters. She supports partners and lawyers with administrative and paralegal work, including document management, contract procedures and regulatory filings.
She is multilingual in Georgian, Russian, Greek and English and frequently assists with multilingual documentation and translations for international clients and counterparties.
Leo
Senior Legal & Financial Consultant
Leonidas (Leo) Leonidou is a legal and financial strategist with extensive experience in cross-border corporate and investment structures. He holds a BFin (Hons), LLB and LLM, and advises on mergers, restructurings, fund formation and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
He works with institutional investors, fund managers and family offices on investment structuring, regulatory alignment and capital deployment, including experience with GDR listings and multinational financing arrangements.
Leo is known for his analytical approach and precise execution.
Melanie
Office Administrator
Melanie Onisiforou is an organised administrative professional with experience in corporate communication, operational support and document management. She is fluent in English and Greek and is currently learning Korean and Hindi, demonstrating strong adaptability in multicultural environments.
She is skilled in reception coordination, data handling, document filing and administrative reporting, and is proficient with Microsoft Office and digital workplace tools. Melanie is known for her reliability, attention to detail and supportive approach to teamwork.
Penny
Legal Associate
Penelopi (Peny) Hadjimilti is a legally trained professional with experience in international law firms and cross-border transactional support. She has worked across corporate law, restructuring, dispute resolution and arbitration, assisting with legal drafting, governance documents, research and document review.
Peny has supported multinational legal teams on complex matters involving multiple jurisdictions and practice groups. Fluent in English, Greek and French, she contributes to multilingual correspondence and cross-border documentation. She is known for her analytical skills, attention to detail and professional, organised approach.
Alexia
Senior Corporate Administrator
Alexia Constantinou is a Senior Corporate Administrator with experience supporting groups of companies and family office structures. She handles corporate maintenance, regulatory filings, banking coordination and KYC compliance, and liaises with registries, tax authorities and financial institutions.
Alexia has also overseen office operations, administrative workflows and governance-related procedures, bringing strong organisational skills and attention to detail to her role. She is fluent in Greek and English, with working knowledge of French and German.
