As an ASP owned by a Cyprus law firm, the company operates in accordance with the Administrative Services Providers Law and is supervised by the Cyprus Bar Association as the competent regulatory authority.
White Stone Services (Cyprus) Ltd provides corporate administration services and operational support for international business structures established or advised by the firm.

White Stone Services (Cyprus) Ltd, is led by Mr. Sergey Tribunskiy. He is responsible for overseeing corporate administration engagements and coordinating international client relationships in connection with corporate structuring, restricting and cross-border business operations supported through the firm’s professional structure.
Sergey has extensive experience working with international corporate groups, entrepreneurs, and professional intermediaries across multiple jurisdictions. Through his long-standing professional relationships and network of international partners, he assists in coordinating complex corporate structures and operating solutions for clients establishing or maintaining international business activities.
In his role, Sergey focuses on the operational and administrative aspects of corporate structures, including coordination of corporate matters, structuring implementation, and ongoing corporate administration support for international clients.
He works closely with the legal team of ELENA KYRIAKOU & ASSOCIATES LLC to ensure that corporate structures established or administered through White Stone Services (Cyprus) Ltd operate within the applicable legal and regulatory framework.
